shey.net has been around since 1998, making it one of the longest-running blogs on the web.*

I'm Tim. I design and produce things. Most recently, I co-founded Next New Networks, one of the leading companies making entertainment programming for the web.

Some of the popular web series and networks I've had a hand in producing, creating, or growing include ThreadBanger, Indy Mogul, Barely Political (and the Obama Girl videos), Channel Frederator, Fast Lane Daily, Auto-Tune the News, The Key of Awesome, $99 Music Videos, Epic Fu, TPMtv, Afterworld, and Rocketboom. Before that, I did lots of work with HBO, ABC, FOX, Discovery Channel, NBC, FOX Latin America, and companies like AT&T, Motorola, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Newsweek/The Washington Post at my D.C.-based design company, Proteus.
