shey.net's been around as a blog since 1998. It's currently powered by Tumblr, which facilitates a shorter, easier kind of blogging.

I started a company called Next New Networks, and we also have a company blog.

Cai-Guo Qiang’s career retrospective at the Guggenheim, “I Want to Believe,” is spectacular — and this is the last weekend to catch it. Everyone talks about the cars (pictured), which are amazing, but it’s the sampling of his life’s work, including gunpowder drawings, large scale explosive projects (designed for “extraterrestrials”), and sculpture installations (tigers, wolves, boats and arrows, and the heartbreaking “Rent Collection Courtyard” series) that will explain the title. Tip: go after 5:45pm, when lines are gone, since no one knows about the extended hours (open til 7:45 every day until the exhibit closes May 28). (via my Flickr.)
